Cédric Jacque leads the Focused Equity Strategy at Lloyd Capital. He runs a concentrated portfolio of businesses he knows deeply, on the view that knowing a company thoroughly protects capital better than owning many of them. For Cédric, risk means permanent loss of capital, not a volatile quarter. Before joining Emerald in 2021, where he became Partner in 2025, he was Partner and Portfolio Manager at Mensarius AG. He began his career at KPMG Luxembourg, holds a Master’s in Financial Sciences from the University of Nancy, and is a CFA charterholder.
